When will I get my proxies?
Proxies are assigned to your account within seconds after payment is completed.
What type of payments do you accept?
Currently we accept PayPal and major credit cards through Stripe.
What is your refund policy?
Private and shared proxies are eligible for refund within 3 days from the date of the transaction. Dedicated proxies have different policies or requirements for a refund associated with them, including some that are not eligible for a refund under any circumstance. Please see our refund terms applicable to such products here.
Are there any service restrictions?
We do not allow the usage of xrumer, mailing, torrents. MPP reserves the right to update and refine the list of allowed services at any time without prior notice.
Are trial proxies offered?
We do not provide trial proxies due to abuse. We suggest buying the smallest package, to test if it works for your needs. However, if you are not happy with your purchase within three days, just let us know and a refund will be issued.
Can i have my proxies replaced?
New proxies are being provided once per billing cycle at customer request, free of charge. New batch of proxies can be requested from our member area starting with the second month of subscription. You can also set your account on Auto-Refresh to receive new proxies every month.
